Yes, it could be true for some, but the reality is that there are some people whose metabolism will just keep on dissolving the food they eat away before even filling them up. As for the second one on putting on some muscle, this isn’t really true (especially for a woman like you!). Who would want to look more muscular than their boyfriends or husbands, right? The truth of the matter is that to gain weight the right way would require you to do a combination of strategies and techniques which would have you do some exercise, but certainly will not require you to put up some muscles.
Theory#5: Just Sit Around All Day And Do Nothing, And Boom… There You Have It, Instant Weight Gain!
Again, this would depend on the metabolism that people have. While this could work for some, others who are by nature skinny individuals will just suffer from the lack of activity and motion and this would have a negative effect on their goals.
